Chocolate coulat by Adriana.

Among many passions, there are two that stand out above all and they  are fashion and baking. Today I wanted to merge these two streams in a fun way to give you as well as a quick recipe, simple and, above all, delicious; Coulant chocolate.

Thanks to the creative bakery  that in recent years has been taking off with more power, we´ve seen and "eat" a Louis Vuitton in a cupcake or a Chanel in a cookie.

Going deeper into this issue, and thanks to my restless mind and keen eye I noticed the similarities between trends in fashion and cuisine. As papers cupcakes, or table clothing and even fashion has dressed up the cooker.
Receta Coulant de chocolate
Recipe Chocolate Coulant
I always ask my friends for their favorite flavor and, from there, do something you really like. I've never tried the Coulant and of course, never had, until a friend suggested it to me, so I set to work.
I relied on Eva Arguiñano recipe.
Ingredientes/ ingredients
 3 huevos / 3 eggs
 1 cucharada de harina/ 1  tablespoon flour
 80 gr. de azúcar/ 80 gr sugar
mantequilla y harina para los moldes / butter and flour for molds

Para decorar/ to decorate
Preheat the oven to 200 C. Melt 100g  chocolate and butter (a double boiler or in the microwave).
Mix the eggs with sugar until tripled in volume and add the sifted flour. Pour the melted chocolate and mix well.
Once you have greased the molds, add a tablespoon of the mixture, an ounce of chocolate and finish filling. Bake about  10-12 'and/or until the famous "stick" out clean.
Once removed from the oven, and waited long enough to not burn (I speak from experience), we can unmold and sprinkle with a little icing sugar
It is a sweet that is eaten warm and it´s yummy.
